Tools Transition From H&C - FAQ's

1. Why is H&C transferring Tools to Toolbank? This is part of a broader operational upgrade, including our warehouse move to Bessemer in Sheffield. Toolbank is ideally placed to take over Tools distribution, ensuring even better service, stock availability, and delivery efficiency.
2. When is the transfer happening? The official handover is effective from 1st July.
3. Can I still order Tools from H&C? From 1st July onwards, Toolbank will be your main source for Tools. H&C will no longer hold or supply Tool stock.
4. Will there be any delays or stock issues? We anticipate minimal disruption.
5. Is this related to the Bessemer move? Yes. This change is part of our major logistics upgrade to the Bessemer warehouse in Sheffield, which will feature enhanced automation and increased fulfilment speed.
6. Do I need to take any action? If you currently purchase Tools from H&C, we recommend reaching out to Toolbank  to set up your account or ensure it’s ready for continued supply. Our sales team can guide you through this.
