Meet the New Faces at Harrison & Clough
At Harrison & Clough, we have been busy welcoming a wave of fresh faces over the past few months. As we’ve looked to fortify our position throughout the UK, we have made a series of appointments to strengthen our team: Malcolm Becker, Matthew Aubrey and Adam Shaw.Â
Â
Malcolm Becker
Malcolm Becker has been with us at Harrison & Clough for nearly three decades; after a brief stint away from the company, he returned as National Development Manager. Malcolm began his career with us 28 years ago as a warehouse operative where he then quickly climbed the ranks, moving into sales then product management, honing his expertise in logistics and supply chain management.Â
In his new role, Malcolm aims to leverage his vast experience to help strengthen customer relationships and further develop the company’s product lines.
“Harrison & Clough has been a place where I’ve really been able to grow and develop my career. Returning now, I’m excited to use my experience to help our merchants better understand our products, drive customer satisfaction and ultimately boost sales. There’s so much potential here and I’m eager to tap into new opportunities.”

Matthew Aubrey
Though a fresh face for Harrison & Clough, Matthew Aubrey has been in the fastener and fixing industry for over a decade. Having begun his career with a family-run engineering merchant, working in picking, packing and delivering, he then soon moved into a sales position. Now with years of experience within sales, Matthew has proven his expertise by winning prestigious industry awards such as the Platinum Sales Award by Troy UK.Â
As the new Area Sales Manager for the West Midlands and Wales, Matthew is eager to leverage his extensive experience and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.Â
“I’m thrilled to join Harrison & Clough and bring my experience to a new region. My priority is to build strong, lasting relationships with our customers and I’m committed to delivering the level of customer service that Harrison & Clough is known for. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead and look forward to contributing to our success in the West Midlands and Wales.’Â

Adam Shaw
With a background in engineering, Adam Shaw’s academic career led him straight to the fixing and fastener industry. Adam’s career started in the packaging department of a large fastener and fixing company, where he gained valuable hands-on experience in the warehouse. His dedication quickly saw him advancing on into roles in quality control and merchandising.Â
Now, as the Area Sales Manager for the East Midlands and East Anglia at Harrison & Clough, Adam is eager to apply his diverse skillset to drive success in his region.Â
“Joining Harrison & Clough feels like the perfect fit for my career. I’m passionate about sales, helping customers and I’m excited to contribute to our growth across the East Midlands and East Anglia. My overall goal is to ensure that every client I work with feels supported and valued, and that we continue to deliver the highest standard of service.”
