Change to Our Product Offering

Dear Valued Customer,

We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you of a development in our product offerings that we believe will greatly benefit you.

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible service of Fastener, Fixings & Power Tool Accessories (PTA), we have decided to transition away from selling Tools & Consumables directly. Instead, we will be partnering with our Dormole Group-company, Toolbank, to ensure that you continue to receive high-quality tools at competitive prices, utilising their great delivery network. H&C have been part of the Dormole group since being acquired in 2020 and this is perhaps a natural progression.

 

Why the Change?

  1. Enhanced Efficiency: With the move to new warehousing later this year, designed for automated picking of stock in boxes, we aim to streamline our operations and improve the speed and accuracy of order fulfilment.
  2. Continued Supply and Pricing: Toolbank will be able to handle the supply and pricing of tools & consumables, ensuring that you still have access to the same great products without any disruption.
  3. Focus on Fasteners: This transition allows us to concentrate on our core product range of Fasteners, Fixings & PTA, providing you with an even better selection and service in this area.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Seamless Ordering: You can continue to place orders through us until 1st July 2025 (Q3), and then Toolbank will gladly accept & handle the delivery. H&C and/or Toolbank will contact you over the coming weeks to ensure the process is smooth and transparent.
  • Consistent Pricing: Group pricing will be maintained, and you will benefit from promotions from Toolbank and their much wider range of products.
  • Improved Service: Our sales team will have more time to focus on our expanding ranges of Fasteners, Fixings & PTA, ensuring you receive expert advice and support for your needs.

 

We understand that changes can sometimes be challenging, but we are confident that this transition will bring significant benefits to you. Our partnership with Toolbank, their network of branches and huge sales team will allow us to offer a more efficient and focused service, while still providing access to the Tools & Consumables you need.
